The reason is that you can't get any smaller, and you're like a particle of a microchip, so the smartphone requires the expansion of all the energy, frequency, and vibration into the outside world. When we want to observe the outside world, the smartphone will become a "telescope" suspended between space and time of the entire Universe, because you are living within all the Dharma, Words, Languages, Consciousness, Ideas, and Karma.
All the major cities will be all the Galaxies, and I am living in the Himalayas, the highest Spiritual Realm of the world, the headwaters of the 18 largest rivers flowing into all the seas. I will become a Buddha, a Great Tathagata, observing all the Galaxies operating downstream, in the plains and the seas.
