DON'T QUIT

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don’t give up though the pace seems slow-
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor’s cup,
And he learned too late when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out-
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit-
It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

DUNG BO CUOC
Se co luc chung ta lam lac,
moi neo duong deu nguoc doc, leo doi
nang luc can ma chong gai thu thach
muon mim cuoi lai bat tieng than oi!
Khi met moi cung can nen ngoi nghi
nhung xin dung bo cuoc, hoi ai oi!
Song co khuc, va nguoi co luc
dieu hien nhien ai cung biet ca roi
nhung anh chang thuong hay tro got
thi lam sao gianh chien thang trong doi.
Dung bo cuoc, cho du ta buoc cham –
cuoi cung roi cung se duoc den noi.
Thuong nhung ke yeu hen, bac nhuoc
muc tieu luon khong voi toi tam cao
gap kho khan de dang bo cuoc
khi quang vinh dang sap sua cham vao
luc hieu ra cung da la qua muon
vong hao quang moi ke can lam sao!
Thanh cong la mat trong that bai –
lop ngan quang phu tren dam may ngo
nen co the chang bao gio ta biet,
no that gan ma cu tuong rang xa
hay phan dau den suc cung luc kiet –
du gian lao dung bo cuoc ban duong xa!
