Han Phi Tu (chu Han: 韓非M) la hoc gia noi tieng Trung Quoc theo truong phai "Phap Gia", tac gia sach Han Phi tu.
Tu tuong chu yeu cua Han Phi la "Thuyet Phap Tri", tuc la tu Phap se dan dat ra con duong dung hay sai, thien hay ac, hay la chi ra hai dieu doi lap von ton tai san co ben trong Phap, Ngon Tu hay Ngon Ngu.

韩非的主要思想是“法理”，即法律本身会指引人们走向是非善恶的道路，或者指出法律、言语或语言中固有的对立力量。
“对话”的难点在于如何找到并理解自己想要宣扬的法律、言语或语言中的“金心”，从而运用自己的教义来指导自己。越深入灵魂，就越能发现真理。

Han Fei's main thought was "The Doctrine of Law," meaning that the Law itself will lead to the path of right or wrong, good or evil, or to point out the two opposing forces that inherently exist within the Law, Words, or Language.
The difficulty in "Dialogue" lies in how to find and understand the Golden Heart within the Law, within Words, or within Language that one wishes to preach, so that one can use one's doctrine to guide oneself. The deeper one delves into the soul, the more truth is discovered.
All success comes from secrecy; The failure of words stems from the revelation of their true intentions. "If people, wanting to persuade others, only think of achieving high fame, but you try to convince them of great benefits, they will consider you despicable and treat you like a lowly person. They will inevitably cast you aside. If people, wanting to persuade others, only think of achieving high fame, but try to convince them of high reputation, they will think you are indifferent to worldly affairs, talking nonsense, and they will not use you. If people, wanting to persuade others, secretly think of great benefits but outwardly pretend to seek high fame, and you try to convince them of high reputation, they will outwardly appear to accept you, but in reality, they will abandon you. But if you tell them of great benefits, they will inwardly use your words, but outwardly they will reject you. These are things that cannot be ignored."
