Pháp Vàng luôn luôn cho biết sự chân thật của tất cả quy luật, sự vật, sự việc và hiện tượng đang tồn tại và hiện hữu trong toàn bộ Vũ Trụ.
Lão Tử cũng ngụ ý: Đạo sinh Nhất (Nhất ở đây chính là Pháp Vàng), Nhất sinh Nhị, Nhị sinh Tam, Tam sinh vạn vật.
